We guide writers, artists, and curious creators deeper into their authentic creative power and full expression, using writing as a tool to get in touch with life in ways that feel authentic, full-bodied, and magical.
This is a unique immersion for new and seasoned writers and artists alike.
Writing asks us to engage with life with full interest and curiosity. It asks us to absorb our experiences, even if there is risk involved — the risk of exposure, of vulnerability, of seeing and being truly seen. This is not unlike what life itself asks of us. Every moment we choose to engage with life is a moment we choose the direction of our energy and attention. In the act of writing, we reflect on ourselves in our lives and intentionally create and re-create narratives about our lives and our perceptions of life. We reclaim our autonomy and identity all while developing our distinct voices as writers and artists, and diving more deeply into the intricacies of written language as a mode of authentic soul-expression. A truly embodied creative technology.

This 1-1 coaching will support you in:
cultivating a consistent and enjoyable writing + artistic practice during which you create work(s) of your choosing, your authentic desire.

We can meet for 30, 60, or 90 minutes.
Your session will include:
Consultation on writing or creative project(s); may include study of other writers and artists, brainstorming and discussion, writing time + technical skill-building, and direct editing of your project
Space to voice who and where you are in your unique journey, and receive feedback, resources, empowerment, and support
A personalized assignment to help structure your creative flow after the session
A downloadable recording of your session for your records
